For 30 years George Johnson ("GEO") has been an individual American singer-songwriter, music publisher, copyright creator, and owner of exclusive rights who has a significant interest under 351.1(b) (1) (i)(B). GEO files as a pro-se individual under 37 C.F.R. ยง 350.2 and is "subject to" the compulsory license. GEO has completed 3 previous CRB rate proceedings and 2 appeals to the DC. Circuit. GEO currently offers and intends to offer musical works as well as make and distribute phonorecords in the form of interactive streams for the 2023 to 2027 license term.
