Each Joint Petitioner is the producer of programming of a religious nature, or owns the copyright in that programming and has submitted a claim for statutory royalties from one or more of the satellite royalty funds involved in this proceeding. Each is a claimant for satellite royalties within the Devotional Claimant Category. Additionally, because Christian Television Corp. and Word of God Fellowship, Inc., own commercial television stations, they have claims in the Commercial Television Category. Therefore, the Joint Petitioners have a significant interest in the subject matter of the Allocation and Distribution Phases of this Proceeding.
