Statement of significant interest
The Catholic Radio Association ("CRA") represents, in music licensing matters, the interests of noncommercial radio stations that qualify as public broadcasting entities and that use certain works in accordance with the statutory license set forth in 17 U.S.C. ยง 118. The broadcasters represented by CRA thus will be subject to the rates and terms established in this proceeding.
