Library of Congress buildings and facilities closed to the public starting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2020, until further notice to reduce the risk of transmitting COVID-19 coronavirus. Consequently, the Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) is not receiving courier deliveries during this period. Members of the public are strongly encouraged to file all documents with the CRB electronically through eCRB, the CRB's electronic filing and case management system, at https://app.crb.gov. The CRB continues to operate, but all hearings scheduled to begin during that period will be postponed. Update: The Library of Congress has re-opened its doors to visitors on a limited basis.
Attention DART claims filers: Please review the announcement in the CRB news from March 2017 regarding DART funds. You can access it here: https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/USLOC/bulletins/18c76e5
eCRB is the online filing and case management system for the Copyright Royalty Board (CRB). Attorneys representing participants in CRB proceedings and participants representing themselves can register for access to eCRB to file and distribute documents related to CRB proceedings, receive electronic delivery of documents from the CRB, and/or review prior case documents. Claimants to royalty funds for cable, satellite, and DART statutory licenses can register to file claims through eCRB, and members of the public can register to file comments in response to any CRB requests for comments published in the Federal Register.
Anyone is able to view unrestricted documents through the public Case search feature without registering. Register, sign in, or select the appropriate button on this page to learn more.
